2016 NORs and SIs

Are now posted on the race page.  As a reminder, the Prince Henry SI is pending an update for several recent changes: the addition of a new start area near NEB, the change to the finish area, from Wickford Harbor entrance to Allens Harbor entrance (supports a post-race event there), and the addition of some legs/mark pairings to support those two changes.
