Crew Manager has been running successfully for several years and growing with users around the globe. It is an integrated solution to easily coordinate your boat, crew, schedule and communications. Bill Kneller is the Crew Manager developer and author of the Twenty Hundred Club registration & scoring system. Bill would like to give back to our racing community by offering free use to all Twenty Hundred Club racers for the 2025 Bridge Fiasco and Around Aquidneck Spring Race. There is a minimal effort to load your crew, and no requirement to continue past the Spring Race. You will experience improved crew communications, enhanced race calendar management and automated results distribution.
Why would I want this?
- Integrated Calendar: All Twenty Hundred Club races are loaded on the calendar with race document links. This syncs with your calendar (Apple, Outlook, Gmail, whatever..) and includes the crew scheduled for each race.
- Instant Crew Communications: It’s 7:30 am on Saturday morning and you are tracking a storm on the weather radar. At 7:45am the Race Committee sends a message that racing is canceled due to weather. You push the Cancel Event button on your phone and a window pops up. You type 20HC Canceled the race. Those who want, please show up at the boat for Dark & Stormies then click send. The cancellation message instantly goes out to your crew where all receive the message via email, and those who want text, get an SMS text message
- Automatic Results: It’s after the race and you push the Check for Updated Results button. The red label displays No Updated Results. You try again 15 minutes later and a green label says New results! Scroll Down. Congratulations as the results Display Bridge Fiasco 5/18/24 3 of 12. On another event the results still haven’t been posted by 11pm and you head to bed. The results are automatically checked at 5am daily. Your site is updated with 1 of 8 formatted as a link to the Twenty Hundred Club results for that race. You push a button and send the results out to the crew.
- Works on iPhones, Android, PC, Mac, iPads, …
